Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join the Intermediate Care Unit team. Full-time Nights working 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hour Night shifts 7 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 00 a.m. Sign on and Relocation Bonuses available for eligible nurses

The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor is a front-line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit. The RN Unit Supervisor is not usually given a patient assignment and serves as a resource for the team.

• Embraces, uses, and understands the research behind nursing practice and quality tools.
• Supports unit based shared governance and decentralized decision-making structures and processes.
• Acts as a role model who leads by example in delivering "Service Always" and in making patient experience a priority on units of responsibility.
• Provides genuine acts of care, appreciation, recognition, coaching, mentoring and encouragement to all members of the healthcare team, to further enculturate Inova's care delivery model and results for all of Inova's strategic priorities.
