Fromm Electric Supply is proud to offer an exciting internal opportunity for a leadership role within our Industrial Automation Group. We are seeking a driven and strategic IAG Manager to lead our Rockwell Automation sales initiatives, support technical excellence, and foster team development. This is a key role for someone passionate about innovation, collaboration, and delivering value to our customers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of Rockwell Automation sales growth strategies.
- Set and manage performance metrics for product specialists focused on sales, margin, and market share.
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans using GAP analysis of market data.
- Create and oversee associate and customer training plans for channel products.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Collaborate with account managers on account development and planning.
- Build and manage the Industrial Automation Group budget and incentive plan.
- Promote value-added solutions in competitive sales situations.
- Identify and grow new markets for emerging technologies.
- Manage and mentor the IAG team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Track sales plans and opportunities in CRM; ensure team compliance with activity tracking.
- Support financial performance through value-added services like Rockwell Support.
Requirements :
Proven leadership experience in industrial automation or technical sales.Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.Excellent communication and team-building abilities.Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is preferred.Ability to motivate teams and drive results through collaboration and innovation.Why Apply?
