From troubleshooting and maintenance to reception services, you'll be the heartbeat of our service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D and 3D print / copy machines with precision and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems for timely resolution.
• Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and processing job requests.
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth job delivery and support building operations.
• Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and handle equipment / materials responsibly to maintain a secure work environment.
