Who You'll Be Working With

At PMG, our Creative Account team is where strategy meets execution, ensuring that creative ideas don't just look greatbut also connect with audiences, tell compelling stories, and drive meaningful business results. We work across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms, blending insight, innovation, and seamless execution to help brands stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

You'll collaborate with creative directors, strategists, media planners, producers, and brand partners, acting as the key liaison between client objectives and creative execution. Whether it's shaping campaign roadmaps, managing creative workflows, or leading client discussions, you'll be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, creative solutions align with business goals, and teams stay in sync from ideation to final delivery.

Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you'll have the opportunity to shape creative strategies, refine internal processes, and identify new ways to elevate brand storytelling. • Keep creative and strategy teams aligned by leading meeting agendas, capturing key takeaways, and ensuring next steps are clear and actionable.
• Take a proactive role in client communication, ensuring their needs are prioritized, expectations are managed, and collaboration is seamless.
• Gain hands-on experience in how PMG scopes and staffs new creative opportunities by engaging in the proposal process and understanding how projects take shape.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support our clients' evolving business needs, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach.
