Performance Program Manager (Federal Health)

Hive Group is seeking a Performance Program Manager to serve as a senior leader overseeing large-scale program operations supporting a federal health agency.

This role ensures contract deliverables are met across multiple functional areas, coordinating performance and personnel across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and direct complex project workstreams across multiple task areas.
• Interface with senior leaders and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Track progress against the Program Management Plan (PMP), coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance.
• Provide leadership to contract personnel supporting administrative, logistics, HR, and strategic functions.
• Support client engagement, problem resolution, and strategic planning.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all contract deliverables.
