Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently accepting resumes for current and upcoming roles as a Document Specialist and Title Specialist. Both positions support our clients in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of land rights documentation and require experience in the right-of-way or Real Estate industry.

Document Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Perform internal due diligence to verify land rights documentation.
  • Identify and escalate deficiencies requiring curative action.
  • Prepare land-related contracts and agreements using pre-approved templates.
  • Interpret land legal descriptions and apply established procedures.
  • Work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.

Title Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Conduct internal and external due diligence to verify land rights and identify curative needs.
  • Review and interpret conveyance documents (e.g., simple, leases, easements, permits).
  • Perform courthouse and government office title research and prepare chain of title.
  • Use spreadsheets and databases to support real estate documentation.
  • Follow client-specific policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • What You Bring

    For Both Roles :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and GIS programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Right of Way or Real Estate industry.
