Position Summary

The Fulfillment Support Specialist is an organized, detail-oriented problem solver. The person in this role supports accurate receipt, shipping, putaway, and reporting of inventory within the Fulfillment Center. Primary duties include preparing and closing order picking waves, resolving pick and putaway problems, data, reporting, collaborating with Guest Services to resolve issues, and processing returned and damaged products.

Work Schedule

The Fulfillment Support Specialist supports one of two daytime shifts. Shifts operate from 7 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm, Sunday through Wednesday and Wednesday through Saturday. Exact shift times may vary slightly based on business need and seasonal demand. Minimal overtime will be required at the end of each shift to finalize reporting, more significant overtime will likely be required during our peak season; mid-November through mid-December.
