About Trestle

Nonprofits called human service organizations (HSOs) contract with government to deliver social services like homeless shelters, after school programs, and community health programs. (HSOs earn ~$350B in revenue each year.)

Every time they provide a service, HSOs must enter data into government-built platforms. These platforms arent user friendly : frontline staff spend 2030% of their time struggling to enter and re-enter information, while administrators have little visibility into or control over what data is being captured.

Were building Ledger, a data management system purpose-built for collecting and reporting data to government. It automates data re-entry into government systems, reimagines collection through seamless workflows, and gives administrators control over collection methods. The result : a dramatic reduction in administrative burden, freeing HSOs to focus on meeting their communities most pressing needs.

About The Role

Were seeking a founding engineer who will :

• Own prototype iterations to quickly validate and refine ideas
• Collaborate with our design partner and the rest of the team to shape our product roadmap
• Continuously improve how we plan, track, and execute software development

Compensation Range

$160K to $180K base, 0.15% to 0.37% equity
