Georgia Licensed Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst with data analysis experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs to map critical business processes across Telecom B2B Value Streams

Create comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that articulate problem scope, desired outcomes, KPIs, and system dependencies

Evaluate opportunities for scaling Agentic AI solutions across EOps and identify measurable benefits

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in Agentic AI within a Telecom environment

Strong process and application design experience for Telecom B2B Fixed Products

Experience in conducting interviews and workshops to identify operational inefficiencies

Ability to ensure PRDs are consumable by OMS and PMs for roadmap creation

Experience in evaluating opportunities for broader application of Agentic AI solutions
