We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel in a broad range of legal matters, including higher education, nonprofit governance, HR, real estate, student housing, and general liability.

This Direct Hire, hybrid role plays a key part in maintaining corporate records, managing due diligence, drafting legal and HR documents, and supporting operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and organize corporate records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and board materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters
• Support HR, real estate, and student housing legal operations
• Assist in policy development and monitor legal / regulatory changes
