Job Description

The HRFS Senior Analyst is accountable for management of ongoing operations across their assigned clients, which can include multiple service locations and platforms. The HRFS Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely execution of ongoing client deliverables, as well as developing solutions to complex problems across clients. The HRFS Senior Analyst will serve as the primary operations escalation point, internally and externally, along with the HRFS Operations Services Senior Manager. The HRFS Senior Analyst will also be responsible for people management including coaching and developing others.

Job responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery in the aligned focus area.
• Attend governance meetings and conduct regular check-ins with client contacts to address concerns and provide proactive updates.
• Collaborate with the Domain Process Lead and Client Service Manager to deliver consultative best-practice guidance.
• Monitor regulatory, legislative, and compliance changes; implement required updates in partnership with clients.
• Develop and execute recovery plans and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation; engage stakeholders in resolution efforts.
• Contribute to SOC audits, business continuity planning, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee operational quality control, risk mitigation, escalations, audit readiness, and governance activities.
• Maintain Process Documentation (PRDs) and review / approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to overpayments.
• Perform complex data analysis and reporting to support operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across operations teams.
• Estimate time and resources for Change Requests and operational adjustments.
• Work with the Client Services Manager to manage financial impacts related to Errors and Omissions (E&Os).

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum :

$61,950.00 - $115,050.00
