Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Die Maintenance Technician for our client. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, programming and operating CNC machines, and supporting automation systems to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and CNC controls, particularly Siemens and Fanuc.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems
• Program and operate CNC machines, including those with Siemens and Fanuc controls, to produce precision parts.
• Develop, test, and maintain PLC programs to ensure efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair Servo motion controls systems, VFD
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of VFDs to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot machine issues effectively and accurately; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and / or programming
• Perform a complete onsite customer machine installation and start up
• Provide technical support to production staff on the use and maintenance of PLCs, VFDs, and CNC machines
