Descripción del trabajoRetail Appliance Sales Specialist experience preferred At least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The employee must be capable of moving appliances up to 50+ pounds with the appropriate assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Duties and Expectations of an Appliance Sales Associate :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
