Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals to the appropriate parties. Communicate and collaborate with team members and location staff to support a secure environment. Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols. Assist visitors and staff by providing information or directions as needed, maintaining a professional presence at all times. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Professional - Media Facility Patrol in Sumner, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a secure environment for all personnel. Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a positive atmosphere, while your commitment to customer service and clear communication fosters strong relationships on site.
