Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and summarize large data sets to support executive decision-making and lead the recommendation process

Develop strong partnerships across various teams to drive financial performance and operational improvements

Build and maintain financial models to provide real-time forecasts for key financial metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related quantitative field

6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics

Proven ability to foster cross-functional relationships, particularly with GTM organizations

Experience in financial modeling and maintaining complex spreadsheets, with expertise in Google Sheets being a plus

Familiarity with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
