Key Responsibilities

Define architecture, standards, and evaluation strategies for AI systems

Mentor colleagues and influence cross-functional roadmaps to achieve measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent research experience

7+ years of experience in building and shipping large-scale ML systems

Mastery of advanced fine-tuning techniques and agentic AI frameworks

Strong systems engineering capabilities with PyTorch and cloud-native ML infrastructure

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience in cross-functional teams
