• Assistant / Associate Professor position with assigned teaching, scholarly activity, service, and clinical practice responsibilities as a faculty member in the department.
• Report to the Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine.
• The faculty member is in a non-tenured position with a focus on teaching in the College of Osteopathic Medicine program, as well as in postdoctoral (GME) training programs as appropriate.
• This position participates in and assists the Department Chair and colleagues in the development and implementation of curricula which integrates the medical specialties in team-based, large and small group learning environments.
• Primary teaching assignments include clinical skills and decision making, and topics relevant to the practice of family and internal medicine.
• Typical responsibilities for this position include the following :

Teaching course material throughout the four-year DO curriculum, which may include assignments in the classroom setting, teaching laboratories, and at clinical sites.
