Job Description

A global leader in CPG and appliance brands is seeking a Head of User Experience (UX) to set the vision for consumer-first design across digital, mobile, and product touchpoints. This leader will shape the UX function and ensure seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global UX strategy across digital and physical product ecosystems
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing UX / UI design team
  • Champion consumer-centered design through research, testing, and usability standards
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver integrated experiences
  • Present strategies and outcomes to senior executives to influence business decisions

What Youll Need

  • Strategic design leadership with ability to connect UX to business outcomes
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence at the executive level
  • Ability to establish scalable design systems and best practices

    • Experience

  • 10+ years in UX / UI design, with senior leadership experience
  • Proven track record in CPG, appliances, or connected consumer products
  • Expertise in human-centered design, usability, and design thinking methods

    • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred
