Strategic Sourcing Lead

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Lead - Raw Materials, Devices and Distribution.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the Global Procurement's Strategic Sourcing team to achieve business goals

Drive continuous improvement and implement sourcing initiatives for cost savings and efficiency

Manage supplier partnerships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while mitigating supply risks

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree and 3 years, Master's degree and 7 years, Bachelor's degree and 9 years, Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma / GED and 14 years of relevant experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people or leading teams

In-depth knowledge of Strategic Sourcing best practices across relevant categories

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO)

Ability to lead teams in a procurement environment and manage multiple priorities
