Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Perrysburg, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to Assisted Living residents with respect and dignity

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Monitor and document changes in resident condition, reporting promptly to RNs and physicians

Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families to support individualized care plans

Assist in maintaining a safe, supportive, and home-like environment

Build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to a positive community atmosphere

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Prior experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Compassionate, team-focused, and adaptable personality

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
