Descripción del trabajoLabor & Birth : 1 : 2 High Risk : 1 : 1 (based on acuity) Simulation-based training Classroom lectures by clinical educators Hands-on preceptorship on the unit Experience : 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience (or new grad for residency) Education : Nursing degree from an accredited school License : Current RN license in hiring state or compact license Certifications : BLS (AHA), NRP, ACLS (Labor RNs will receive Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate training) National certifications (RNC-OB, C-EFM) encouraged Day-One Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision Shift Differential Pay : Days, Nights, Weekends RN-to-BSN Bridge Program : Up to $16,000 Tuition Reimbursement : Up to $2,000 annually Mercy Shifts Incentives : Extra shift bonuses Stay Pay Program : Up to $8 / hr at milestone anniversaries Free Parking! Located on the 1st, 6th, and 7th floors of the Children’s Tower, our Labor & Birth team provides exceptional care for mothers and babies—from low-risk deliveries to high-risk antenatal care. Our Labor and Birth nurses work with all levels of acuity and learn valuable nursing techniques.
Our units include L&B, OB ED, and High-Risk areas, staffed 24 / 7 with :
- Board-Certified OB Hospitalists
- OB Anesthesia
- Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists
- Highly skilled nursing and surgical teams
- Structured Mentor program

A dynamic program combining :
