Senior HR Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end performance analysis process, including overseeing dual performance evaluation programs

Required Qualifications

Advanced or fluent English skills

Solid experience in Performance, Development, and Learning areas

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Administration, or related fields

Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking

Experience in project management for program and initiative oversight
