KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Account Management (AM) to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore account resources to standardize operational processes and implement enhancements, ensuring compliance with Master Services Agreement (MSA) requirements
- Assist with the integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes, and leverage firm-approved technology and tools for account reporting such as pipeline, forecasting, and engagement tracking
- Identify and communicate potential operational issues / risks and escalate to the senior AM resource; help with resolution as needed, tailoring communications for the appropriate audience while demonstrating professional judgment and critical thinking
- Execute activities related to new account team onboarding, create onboarding collateral, and maintain collaboration platforms for the account; oversee onboarding activities and the invoicing lifecycle
- Aid with responses to client requests, audits, and risk assessments; support responses to inquiries from member firms, as well as KPMG program reporting
- Exercise professional judgment and critical thinking skills, take opportunities to learn and adapt, and participate in Account Management (AM) initiatives to enhance professional development
Qualifications :
Minimum two years of recent experience in business-related areas such as financial / data analysis, project management, and business operationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, or related fieldStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and issue resolution skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, with strong time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with experience in collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases, and VMS preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunityKPMG complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00.
