Job Details :

• Work Monday through Friday from 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM with on-call responsibilities
• 24 hours of orientation required (16 hours non-billable)
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• AHA BLS certification required
• Traveler's permanent residence must be 100 miles or greater from hospital service area
• General orientation begins on Sundays with online CBLs
• Expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education
• Must be proficient in various surgical procedures including laparoscopic, robotic, and general OR cases
• Work with diverse patient age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Hospital may cancel one shift biweekly without penalty due to census decrease
• Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions only)
• Drug test must be completed within 12-14 calendar days prior to start date
• Fit testing required with facial hair trimmed or removed per CDC guidelines
