Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities include :

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Controls - ensuring programs are performed within specific program award budgets.
• Schedule Controls - ensuring on-time contract performance with appropriate resources.
• Contractual Submittals - timely production of documents, reports, and updates per contract requirements.
• Customer Relations – developing and maintaining relationships with customers; being the face of Valcor to our customers.
• Understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures.
• Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required.

Candidates should have a BSME (or equivalent engineering degree). An advanced degree (MBA or MS) and aerospace experience are preferable but not required. All candidates must meet US persons criteria. The salary range is based on market pay structure and other factors such as skills, education, and experience.
