POSITION : WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (4 positions available)

LOCATION : Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida

HIRE DATE : Contingency Opportunity - Award Expected Early 2026

Candidates will be able to give a 2-weeks notice

REQUIRED : Active Security Clearance

ADDITION : Additional information will be provided as the government provides

SALARY : $18.45 hourly and a full benefits package

Job Overview :

The Warehouse Specialist plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of goods. This position is responsible for managing inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with government contracting requirements and international shipping regulations. The Warehouse Specialist uses best practices in warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain operations to support seamless supply chain performance.

Skills :

The required skills are applied daily using warehouse operations expertise, including shipping and receiving, order picking, and inventory control, are critical for managing workflows and meeting customer demands. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) enables the Warehouse Specialist to track inventory accurately, optimize processes, and generate actionable reports.

Minimum Qualifications :

• More than 3 years of experience supporting warehousing operations within the Department of War and preferably Department of the Navy.
• Experience with Department of the Navy systems and their associated warehousing needs, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
• Experience communicating effectively with coworkers and management.
