Descripción del trabajoAbility to operate and execute all functions of Quickbooks at a high level. Weekly coordination between our systems and payroll administrator. Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Assist with HR paperwork (onboarding documents, timesheets, employee records). Serve as the point of contact for office communications and directly to the owners. Proven experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or office management. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Drop Box. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion with sensitive information. Competitive pay based on experience. About the Role
We are seeking a full-time and experienced Financial Support Manager. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, managing day-to-day office tasks, and keeping our business organized and running smoothly. This role is direct support to ownership, and a key part of the leadership team.
