Descripción del trabajo3+ years experience in financial services (banking) industry. 3+ years experience with SQL or similar query tools. Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS S3. Experience in data modeling and mapping. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead BSAs and project teams. Prior experience conducting data mapping analysis. Candidates must provide contact information (personal number, email linked to LinkedIn) for verification. Candidate interviews will be held via Teams video call.
Job Summary
Position : Business Systems Analyst IV Lead
Client : Banking
Location : Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid; local or nearby, mostly remote with some onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate business systems analysis activities for financial / banking projects.
- Work with Snowflake and AWS S3 cloud data warehousing solutions.
- Perform data modeling using Erwin or similar tools.
- Develop and document source-to-target data mappings.
- Apply enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
- Conduct data mapping analysis as needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other Business Systems Analysts on the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders (verbal / written).
