Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

Oversee guests, staff, and resolve issues in a courteous manner

Assist in the FOH with steps of service and the overall guest experience

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times

Effectively manage P&L to drive profits

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs based on current trends

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

Full Service General Manager Experience of at least 2 years

Experience with BOH operations is a must

Strong history of upward growth in a career

Great leadership and team development capabilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual Spanish / English preferred

Hands‑on and leads by example

Meticulous attention to detail and good communication
