A company is looking for a Closer responsible for managing the closing process for real estate transactions involving loan assumptions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the closing process, ensuring compliance with lender requirements

Prepare settlement statements, invoices, and loan packages while coordinating with all parties involved

Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records throughout the transaction

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in real estate title, escrow, or closing, preferably with loan assumption experience

Strong knowledge of title commitments, closing disclosures, and settlement procedures

Familiarity with industry software, such as ResWare
