Job description :

Join a thriving team as a passionate Physical Therapist, specializing in home health care in the lively community of Lebanon. This full-time role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality, patient-focused therapy right in the comfort of patients' homes.

  • Assess patients' conditions and histories
  • Develop tailored rehab treatment plans
  • Conduct exercises to improve mobility
  • Educate on injury prevention and recovery
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For :

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist, meeting professional standards.
  • Current CPR certification required during clinical employment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to different client locations.
