Job Title : Functional Consultant – OTL & Payroll

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge with some technical exposure to support implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration for OTL and Payroll modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with technical teams to validate reports, integrations, and extensions.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, including UAT and regression testing.
  • Support post-production activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Document system setups, business processes, and solutions.

Required Skills :

  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules.
  • Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, and OTBI preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid client-facing environment and coordinate across functional and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
