We are looking for a Barback to join our team at Night Rooster in Dallas, TX!

What we are looking for :

  • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
  • Fosters a positive work environment.
  • Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and guests.
  • Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
  • Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
  • Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff, and security personnel to ensure efficient service to all customers.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
  • Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
