Position Overview :
In this position you will provide in-depth implementation and training services, using advanced functional knowledge, and advanced product expertise to manage implementations consistent with Rectangle Health's payment processing and software. Implementation Associates will perform scheduled technical installations, merchant training and support services over the phone. The role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact directly with merchants on a daily basis.

Primary Job Duties :
Partner medical / dental practices and healthcare system staff with the launching and training of Rectangle Health's payment processing solutionsProvide project management, training, and support remotely throughout the implementation and go-live of physician / dental practices and healthcare systems on our payment processing platformSet clients up for long-term success with cost savings and payment processing strategiesTrain physicians, providers, and office staff on Rectangle Health's processes and technologiesManage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and Rectangle Health management teamManage multiple projects at onceManage change and client expectations effectivelyEstablish aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlinesDocument interactions and maintain communication records in CRMThis position reports the implementation managerMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree IT, or in a related discipline1 year's experience in IT related fieldTechnical project management in a healthcare setting is preferredPrior experience in hospital or physician / dentist office setting preferredMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulationsSalesforce CRM experience is preferredAbility to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environmentCollaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible valueTeam approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any work day and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects.Project coordination experienceProcess oriented with the ability to drive a project to completionConflict resolution skillsProblem solving skills with a proven track recordAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent communication and client facing skillsExcellent organizational skillsTechnical aptitudeBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusAbout Us :
