Descripción del trabajoExperience with desktop troubleshooting. Experience with Intune Device Management, Enrollment, Wiping, and Resetting Devices in Intune. Understanding of Citrix VDI and VDA (preferred). Shipping experience (highly preferred). MECM experience (preferred). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements of moving & helping to ship laptops. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinking skills, and able to provide feedback or improvement suggestions. Well-organized and efficient. ServiceNow experience for tracking tickets and managing devices (preferred).

Responsibilities :
- Assist with enrolling and wiping devices to be shipped out to new users.
- Perform performance testing of devices to ensure they are in a healthy state prior to redeployment.

The pay range is based on current market rates and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Benefits include medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and more. Note that pay is not considered compensation until earned and paid. This role is full-time, entry-level, and in the Information Technology industry.
