Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of accounting degree 2 + years' experience in full cycle accounting, including accounts payable, billing, reconciliations, and journal entries preferred. Knowledgeable of GAAP and debits and credits. Experience working with O& G accounting including both JIB and Revenue a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, formulas, sorting, pivot tables). Experience building and maintaining macros is a plus. Experience working with Excalibur and P2 Reporting is a plus. Pro-active and self-directed. Positive attitude and ability to work and communicate well with others. Works collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills, sets priorities and meets deadlines.

- Scan & Upload Joint Interest Billings
- Scan Checks / Accounts Payable
- Enter checks into Excalibur
- Take Deposits to bank
- Bank Reconciliations for 22+ bank accounts
- Accounts payable
- Print checks
- Enter Taking-In-Kind into Excalibur
- Various Journal Entries
Requirements Qualifications :
They will also consider a recent Accounting grad looking to get their foot in the door. They are open to training the right person.
