Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage proactively with clients to answer queries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive guidance.
Policy Management : Utilize knowledge of personal insurance products to assist clients in managing and updating their policies.
Problem Solving : Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within the company's CRM system.
Communication : Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Feedback Gathering : Collect client feedback and share insights with the team to enhance service offerings.
Requirements
Washington P&C License is preferred willing to train. Must obtain license within 60 days Licensing assistance is available
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of personal insurance policies and procedures.
Technical Skills : Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
Problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing both remote and on-site responsibilities.
Team Player : Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
