Deliver personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.) in the client's home Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to clinical staff Offer companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and meal prep Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York State Reliable transportation is required (must travel to client homes) Eligible to work in the U.S. Fluent in English Completion of NYS Department of Health-approved HHA training or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Literacy and basic arithmetic skills required Understanding of HIPAA regulations Commack : 11725 Smithtown : 11787 Kings Park : 11754 Northport : 11768 Huntington : 11721, 11724, 11740, 11743 Huntington Station : 11746, 11750 Melville : 11747
