Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an experienced Software Product Management Lead for a potential opportunity to support a high-visibility Department of Defense (DoD) this role you will lead software product strategy oversee iterative development and release planning manage product roadmaps and collaborate closely with both technical teams and senior stakeholders. This position is ideal for a senior software product leader who thrives in mission-focused environments and enjoys guiding the development of complex high-availability systems.

What Youll Do

• Lead execution and management of software product strategy and development activities.
• Provide direction oversight and quality assurance for program deliverables.
• Drive backlog management sprint planning and iterative product release execution.
• Define and prioritize Epics user stories and acceptance criteria based on mission requirements.
• Communicate product status roadmaps metrics and priorities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support architecture design and implementation of mission-critical software capabilities.
