ROLE OVERVIEW

The Global GTM Transformation & M&A team at ServiceNow helps drive clarity, operational efficiency, and data‑informed decision‑making across our global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystem. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Manager, GTM Transformation who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, rolls up their sleeves, and delivers impact.

This role will have significant C‑Suite exposure, so hunger, drive, and a bias for action are essential. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally to shape ServiceNow’s go‑to‑market evolution while driving execution that translates strategy into measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

GTM Strategy

  • Lead and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and frameworks across GTM teams.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and executive‑ready synthesis on GTM performance, market trends, and sales effectiveness.
  • Support strategic initiative owners with modeling, benchmarking, and business case development that inform leadership decisions.

GTM Operational Execution

  • Turn strategy into action : translate ideas into frameworks, working models, and decision‑support tools that accelerate execution.
  • Maintain and enhance operating frameworks (e.g., playbooks, reporting cadences, templates) that drive consistency and performance across regions and functions.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM Ops, Finance, Product, Analytics, and Enablement to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Exposure

  • Partner with senior GTM leaders and C‑Suite stakeholders to ensure high‑quality deliverables and insights that influence major decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key cross‑functional partners and drive alignment on shared business objectives.
  • Champion a culture of execution excellence, continuous improvement, and ownership across the GTM Strategy team.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving. This may include using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 10–12+ years of experience in management consulting, GTM strategy, or enterprise SaaS environments (combination preferred).
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute operationally; comfortable operating from frameworks to execution plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience working with large datasets and building business models.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to develop executive‑ready materials and influence at all levels.
  • High sense of ownership and bias toward action; thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to lead through influence across teams and functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Location : Remote / flexible; must be comfortable working West Coast hours.
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    We offer a base pay of $193,000 - $337,800, plus equity (when applicable) and variable / incentive compensation. Sales positions generally provide a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure. Additional benefits include health plans, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
