Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters..

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, high asset division, custody, support, modifications, and protective orders
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and settlement agreements
• Handle court appearances, including temporary orders hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
• Develop and execute strategic case plans tailored to each client’s goals
• Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and managing expectations throughout the case
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and compassionate client service
