Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert within the Revenue Cycle team and assist in onboarding and training new hires

Monitor and ensure accurate completion of organizational functions and processes in compliance with policies

Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

2 to 4 years of related experience or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or five years of relevant experience preferred

Minimum of two years of financial and / or business-related experience

Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred

Knowledge of revenue cycle practices; healthcare experience is a plus
