Outdoor work, physical work. Education : No Experience : 3 months landscape Hours / shift / days : 40 hours / week (6 : 00am-2 : 30pm); day shift; Mon-Fri, may include weekend / holiday Start-end dates : 12 / 19 / 2025-10 / 14 / 2026 Additional requirements : None. Office location : Mesa, AZ Area of intended employment : Maricopa and Pinal counties. Wage : $19.42 Range : Raises, bonuses, or incentives dependent on job performance. Overtime : $29.13 Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Payroll is weekly The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period; payment to be made in one lump sum. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer from the place of employment to the workers home. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport fees). Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, equipment and supplies required to perform the job.
