Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to join our team and lead the strategic management of key enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of enterprise project management, capable of building and managing complex programs and processes that scale cross-functionally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, drive client success, deliver strategic results and play a pivotal role in Zylo's growth and success.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise software / SaaS operations, executive stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful system and process implementations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the consultative primary point of contact for Zylo enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Develop key executive and sponsor relationships, aligning cross-functional teams within the client organization.
• Become an expert on the Zylo Outcomes Blueprint, with the ability to convey value at the highest level with operational rigor around the rollout of processes and internal accountability to drive to stated outcomes.
• Define, plan, and execute multi-year SaaS management programs aligned with overall client desired outcomes and strategy, digital transformation goals, and business needs.
• Become an expert on scalable SaaS Management processes within enterprise organizations, providing best practices and ideal approaches to SaaS management - all connected to specificity of client outcomes.
• Project manage the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS optimization programs, from needs assessment and proposal development to program execution, reporting, change management, and ongoing optimization.
• Define and document program requirements and project plans, including timelines and resources
• Create and deliver exceptional client deliverables, summarizing and conveying complex project concepts and outcomes.
• Develop and implement new or enhanced scalable business processes to effectively drive client outcomes, connected to Zylo data-driven insights.
• Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization through license reclamation, usage optimization, elimination of redundant applications and renewal management.
• Become a functional expert on the Zylo SaaS Management platform, guiding large enterprises on best practices and recommended processes built on and integrated to the Zylo platform.
• Develop technical expertise of key areas of the Zylo platform (e.g. direct integrations, API, Usage Connect)
• Collaborate closely with internal Zylo cross-functional teams, including Client Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering, to align strategies and deliver value to key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess account health, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Track and report out on program metrics and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate program status and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Leverage client feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and influence enhancements that meet the unique needs of enterprise clients.
• Proactively identify and address any risks or roadblocks that may impact client success throughout the program lifecycle, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
