Strategic Initiatives Lead

A company is looking for a Global Industries and Solutions Strategic Initiatives Lead (Retail / CPG).

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end initiative success across the organization, ensuring effective execution in Retail / CPG

Manage cross-functional teams to align on and execute initiative delivery and support scaling across the organization

Track and measure success of Global Industries and Solutions initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management

Required Qualifications

7+ years of work experience in Retail / CPG with a focus on designing and executing growth-driven initiatives

Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes or decision-making

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and / or PowerBI is a plus

Expertise in the enterprise software / SaaS industry is advantageous

Self-starter with strong prioritization skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
