Descripción del trabajoStrong communication skills and leadership abilities Enthusiastic and empathetic phone manner Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to current members and prospects Willingness to learn and adapt to change seamlessly Able to connect with people by phone and in person, with warmth, empathy and friendliness Contagious upbeat personality extroverts welcome! Motivation and drive Excellent customer service and sales skills luxury brands, red carpet service mindset Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests Calls! Make 75 Discovery calls per day on-duty, either in-studio or remotely Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests Know how to close a membership sale and confidently demonstrate the value of joining Assist in planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships Ensuring studio is always show-ready and SPENGA clean Attend at least 1 SPENGA social event per quarter Attend monthly team meetings evenings 8pm for one hour MANDATORY As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times, cleaning every day Help retain and increase client participation, to include : Social Media : Posting IG reels, stories & posts BE FUN and CREATIVE! Post minimum 1 reel per month in addition to stories. Don't stress over perfection! Copy other studios / trending audios, etc. Managing / supporting various In-studio challenges, including Bingo, Hellth Week, Century RIde, You vs You Challenge Commission opportunities Free employee membership, including memberships w local fitness partners like Solidcore SPENGA Crew discounts with various fitness organizations (NASM, Mad Dogg, YogaFit) Exciting, social, and positive working environment Like-minded team members Team building activities and social events Community driven focus Mission of changing lives through fitness
