Key Responsibilities

Prepare customs entries and manage the clearance process

Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors

Establish and maintain client relationships while troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations (preferred)

Basic computer skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or authorized to work in the U.S
