Our client is seeking a detail-driven Title Specialist to join their growing team at their Morgantown headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of land titles that drive exploration and production success across the Appalachian Basin.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth reviews of Certified Title Opinions and Abstracts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements , verifying data integrity across all title materials.
• Partner with legal teams to identify and resolve title defects and discrepancies , taking curative actions such as obtaining missing documents or correcting records.
• Collaborate closely with the Land team to maintain an accurate and current internal title database.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, providing precise and actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and title laws , ensuring ongoing compliance and best practices in all title activities.
