This is an opportunity to join our team in a rural community in northern New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages (or adults) in a close-knit, underserved community. Rural medicine allows the delivery of high-quality primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, to participate in community health initiatives, and promote wellness education. High elderly population Experienced in Chronic Disease Management 18+ patients per day Monday through Friday 8-5 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant Available Specialty service include : Integrated Behavioral Health team, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT / Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine, Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology, Wound Center, and more. Board Certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Ability to hold a New Hampshire state license
