We are looking for a dispatcher who has experience in Service Titan. We are expanding into Ft Myers and need to grow the call center here in Sarasota. If you have worked as a dispatcher for a plumbing company, AC company, Electrical company, etc. We would like to speak with you.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

you'll be the bridge between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. You'll communicate with customers, schedule appointments, and ensure our plumbing experts arrive on time, every time. With exceptional multitasking skills, you'll keep the workflow flowing smoothly while maintaining records and updating job progress for seamless operations!

WORK SCHEDULE

This position works a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM with a one-hour lunch.

ARE YOU WHO OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• 2+ years of dispatching experience
• Experience using Service Titan
• Good communication and strong typing skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Having at least 3 years of dispatch experience is a plus!
